NEW JERSEY—Livingston, N.J.-based Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers Inc. has been tapped to provide structural and mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design services for a new showroom for Savona Tiles, located at 361 Route 22 East in Green Brook.
Vladimir Ayzenberg, director of MEP engineering, and Ronald A. Brokenshire, director of structural engineering, are leading this assignment on behalf of Jarmel Kizel. Architectural services were previously provided by Kunzig, Architecture & Lighting LLC.
To be housed in an existing 5,000-sq.-ft., single-story building, the tile showroom will receive support and steel joist reinforcing for new rooftop mechanical equipment, modifications to the masonry wall openings, including new openings in exterior walls.
