JLL Tapped to Market South Brunswick Distribution Facility

NEW JERSEY—Seagis Property Group LP has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle to serve as exclusive leasing agent for 11 Commerce Court West, a 225,590-sq.-ft., class A distribution facility in South Brunswick, N.J.

The Jones Lang LaSalle team leading the leasing assignment includes Jonathan B. Tesser and Mike Markey, both EVPs; VP Adam Citron; Managing Director Joel Lubin; and Associate Chad Hillyer.

Located off Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike, 11 Commerce Court West is a freestanding facility that includes 32-ft. clear ceilings, 29 tailgates and an ESFR sprinkler system. Constructed in 2007, the single-story facility is located on 15.28 acres and has an abundance of parking.
