WOODBRIDGE, NJ—The Kislak Co. Inc. has closed three commercial property sales throughout New Jersey for a combined total of approximately $5.3 million.

These three separate transactions included:

  • The $1.8 million sale of an 8,000-sq.-ft. retail center on Route 17 in Hasbrouck Heights. Currently fully leased, the property includes on-site parking and includes such tenants as Sprint and Subway, among others. Financing was provided by Woori America Bank. 
  • The $2.2 million sale of a 14,000-sq.-ft. retail and office property on Church Street in Montclair. Built in 1937, the property is an art deco building that includes six retail spaces and stores and 19 offices, all of which are rented. 
  • The $1.3 million sale of a mixed-use property with six retail spaces and five residential units on Grove Street in Montclair. Standing two stories tall, the property is located one block from the Walnut Street train station, which offers direct access to New York City.
