NEW JERSEY—KMM Telecommunications Inc., based in Fairfield, has signed a sublease agreement for 195,555 sq. ft. of warehouse space at 21 Constitution Ave. in Piscataway. KMM was represented in-house by John Campanelli, president of business operations. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Frank Truesdell, executive vice president, Joel Lubin, managing director, and Brian Cass, vice president, represented the property’s sub-landlord, Verizon New Jersey Inc.
Founded in 1991, KMM provides supply chain services to the communications industry. The privately held company is headquartered in Fairfield, N.J.
Developed in 2004 to Verizon’s specifications, 21 Constitution Ave. is located in a corporate park environment on 20 acres and totals 288,115 sq. ft. of space. The property offers 18,900 sq. ft. of office space, 32-ft. clear warehouse, cross-dock loading capabilities and a three-bay truck service center, as well as automobile and trailer parking.
Located between Exits 6 and 7 of Interstate 287, the property is approximately nine miles from the New Jersey Turnpike.
