NEW JERSEY—Cassidy Turley has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 5 Thornton Road, a 151,874-sq.-ft. manufacturing and warehouse facility in Oakland, N.J. owned by Kushner Cos.
The Cassidy Turley team of Senior Vice President, Principal Howard Weinberg and Associate Vice President Matthew Turse is handling the assignment.
Currently, cosmetics manufacturer Estee Lauder Cos. Inc. is a tenant at the building, which currently uses its space for its Aramis division. The company will be consolidating its use at the building allowing for the property to be move-in ready by the spring of 2013.
Located in a corporate industrial park setting on eight acres, the building offers an on-site back-up generator as well as 100,000 sq. ft. of rooftop solar panels. Approximately 45,000 sq. ft. of space has a new roof with a 20-year warranty. Property features include a full-service cafeteria and filtration system.
In addition, the property includes 13,350 sq. ft. of office space and 31,650 sq. ft. of air-conditioned production space.
