NEW JERSEY—The LeFrak Organization has announced Brian Decillis has joined the company as Newport’s Regional Leasing Director. In his role, Decillis will oversee leasing responsibilities for the Organization’s 5 million-sq.-ft. office portfolio in Newport, N.J., a master-planned, mixed-use community fronting the Hudson River in Jersey City.

“Mr. Decillis will be leading our efforts to attract even more top-tier companies, and major tri-state area employers, to our growing portfolio of Class-A office buildings in the Hudson County waterfront region of New Jersey,” said Marylou Berk, head of commercial real estate at the LeFrak Organization.

Decillis’ focus will be leasing and marketing several office, data center and co-location spaces at 111 Town Square Place in Newport, a 15-story, 500,000-sq.-ft. Class A building.

Decillis comes to the LeFrak Organization from Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, where he served as senior director of leasing.
