LumberYard Luxury Apartments Set to Break Ground Feb. 20 in Collingswood, N.J.

NEW JERSEY—On Wednesday, Feb. 20, Ingerman, a developer, manager and builder of multifamily apartment communities, is breaking ground of a new apartment community at The LumberYard, located at 600 North Atlantic Ave. in Collingswood, N.J.

The newest development will include 104 rental residences. The property is in close proximity to public transportation and provides easy access to Philadelphia. Amenities will include a secured parking garage, walk-in closets, individual hot water heaters and a homebuyer’s warranty program, among others.

The groundbreaking is set for 11:30 a.m. at 600 North Atlantic Ave. Collingswood Mayor Jim Maley, President and CEO of Ingerman Brad Ingerman and various Collingswood and Camden County officials are slated to attend.
