NEW JERSEY—Advance Realty has closed three lease transactions at its Middle Brook Center, a 104,000-sq.-ft, ShopRite -anchored shopping center in Bound Brook, bringing the center to 100 percent occupied.
Transactions that brought Middle Brook Center to full occupancy, include:
• Doctors Express, which signed a new lease for 2,745 sq. ft. The urgent care center was represented by Robert K. Futterman & Associates Managing Director Glenn Beyer. CBRE Vice President Marta Person Villa, the exclusive leasing agent, represented Advance Realty in the transaction. Slated to open by year’s end, Doctors Express has additional locations in Paramus, Hamilton and Florham Park.
• Burger King, which renewed its 3,200-sq.-ft. lease.
• Quest Diagnostics, which renewed its 2,697-sq.-ft. lease.
Located at 601 Union Avenue at the intersection of Tea Street and State Highway 28, Middle Brook Center has a tenant roster that also includes Wine Country and Frank's Trattoria.
