HACKENSACK—NAI James E. Hanson has completed the sale of a former Bank of America branch located at 15 Main Street in Hackensack.
NAI Hanson vice president Anthony J. Cassano coordinated the transaction on behalf of Bank of America with the buyer, Sanzari 2011 LLC.
The 23,324-sq.-ft. property offers retail/office space on the first floor and office space on the second and third floors. The first floor contains existing teller counters, vault, safety deposit boxes and offices. The building is located across from the County Court House and other government offices.
"Sanzari owns adjacent land and plans to repurpose the site," Cassano said.
