NEW JERSEY—NAI James E. Hanson has earned the management assignment of a 74,618-sq.-ft. shopping center at 755-789 St. Georges Avenue in Woodbridge. The company’s Steve De Mattheis, Ivette Correa and Virginia Conrad, will oversee management of the property on behalf of its owners.
Current tenants at 755-789 St. Georges Ave. include Rita’s, Subway, Dollar Surplus, and others. Approximately 17,900 sq. ft. are currently occupied at the center by 11 tenants with 56,691 sq. ft. of space remaining for occupancy. The remaining space was formerly occupied by A&P.
Over the past several months the NAI Hanson management team has successfully added approximately 600,000 sq. ft. to the company’s management portfolio.
