New Brunswick’s The Vue Project 77 Percent Sold

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ-New Brunswick Development Corp. (DEVCO) and Pennrose Properties announced that 77 percent of the residences at The Vue, their joint 23-story luxury condominium development in downtown New Brunswick, N.J., have been sold.

The Vue contains 42 penthouse condominiums and street-level retail, including a Barnes & Noble bookstore, a Starbucks café and a Brother Jimmy’s BBQ restaurant. There is a 657-space parking garage on-site. The Vue features a pedestrian walkway to the New Brunswick Train Station.

Prices for two-bedroom units at the building start at $388,000. The apartments feature wood flooring in the living and dining areas, open kitchens with granite countertops and top tier GE Energy Star stainless steel appliances. The Marketing Directors is serving as the building’s sales and marketing agent.

Paladino, president of DEVCO, in a statement. “The building’s direct walkway connection to the New Brunswick Train Station and convenient location just steps from a variety of retail and social establishments embraces the appeal of downtown urban living and provides residents with the lifestyle they desire.”
