NEW JERSEY—Hollister Construction Services has completed a 55,000-sq.-ft., interior fit-out for Pinnacle Foods Group LLC at 399 Jefferson Road in Parsippany. The project is the second phase of ongoing construction at the site.
Hollister Project Manager Jack Cervino oversaw the fit-out, which included the construction of interior office areas, a new atrium/lobby area, new pantries and a food-service area. The project was designed by architectural firm Gensler with The Walsh Company acting as owner’s representative.
Previously, Hollister completed an interior fit-out for Pinnacle Foods Group LLC in Cherry Hill. The 56,000-sq.-ft. project, which was completed in eight weeks, included a data center with supplemental cooling and UPS systems supporting two IDF closets. The project also featured high-end finishes such as glass office fronts, stone flooring, and a reclaimed barn wood accent wall. Gensler was also the architect for that project.
