Planet Fitness Signs Lease at Capitol Plaza in Ewing

NEW JERSEY—Planet Fitness has signed a 17,380-sq.-ft. lease at Capitol Plaza in Ewing. The 357,000-square-foot Capitol Plaza is exclusively leased and managed by Levin Management.

“Gyms and fitness centers continue to generate considerable traffic all across the country,” said Matthew K. Harding, president and COO of Levin Management. “Planet Fitness is a true leader and innovator in its field, and its presence at Capitol Plaza adds a very important element to the center.”

Planet Fitness joins a tenant roster anchored by Marshalls, Sav-A-Lot, Harbor Freight Tools, Forman Mills and American Furniture. Capitol Plaza is also home to the Allied Health Nursing School and a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center. The property includes 1001 Spruce Office Center, with 70,000 sq. ft. of office space that houses a number of businesses.

Capitol Plaza is situated at the intersection of U.S. 206 and North Olden Ave. in Mercer County.
