NEW JERSEY—Prism Capital Partners LLC has relocated its headquarters to BroadAcres Office Park in Bloomfield. Previously, the company had held its offices in Englewood.
Prism owns the BroadAcres campus, which totals 380,000 sq. ft. of space spanning four buildings. Now the company will occupy 7,000 sq. ft. of space at the campus. The Aztec Corporation is designing Prism’s new space, which will house approximately 30 staff members. Prism currently is occupying temporary space at 200 Broadacres Drive.
Located between Garden State Parkway exits 151 and 153, BroadAcres Office Park is in the midst of an ongoing capital improvement program that includes adding an outdoor courtyard and patio area, lobby updates at two of its buildings and more.
Tenants at the campus have access to conference space, sit-down food service and on-site catering.
