Recent Leasing Activity Brings Middlebrook Crossroads to 90 Percent Occupied

NEW JERSEY—As a result of several new and renewed lease transactions, Middlebrook Crossroads, an 18-building, 583,618-sq.-ft. flex commercial property in Bridgewater, N.J., has reached 90 percent occupancy.

Cassidy Turley serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the complex, which is owned by Terreno Realty Corp., based in San Francisco, Calif.

Recent transactions that helped to bring the complex to 90 percent occupancy include:

• Baseline Service LLC, a laboratory and instrumentation services company, which relocated from Middlesex. Warren Searles of Cassidy Turley represented the tenant in the transaction.

• Halo Sheet Metals, which opened a new satellite facility at Middlebrook. Christian Walsifer and David Thomas of Blau & Berg represented the tenant in the transaction.

• Polymer Technologies, which expanded its custom plastic and metal injection molding operation at Middlebrook. John Maloney of CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction.

• WattLots, a solar panel manufacturer, which relocated to Middlebrook from Stirling, N.J. Ron Kraft of Allied Realty represented WattLots in the transaction.

Situated on 39 acres, Middlebrook Crossroads offers access to mass transit, Interstate 287 and Routes 22 and 28.
