PRINCETON, NJ—Princeton, N.J.-based Chambers Street Properties has signed an agreement with Beauty Systems Group LLC, a subsidiary of Sally Beauty Holdings Inc., to construct a 90,000-sq.-ft. expansion of its current facility at Chamber Street’s Fairforest 4, a warehouse/distribution facility in Spartanburg, S.C. In addition, Beauty Systems Group has extended the term of its lease through 2023.
Sally Beauty currently leases 100,606 sq. ft. Fairforest 4. Its expansion project is expected to be completed this quarter.
