NEW JERSEY—The Silverman Group has named Avison Young to serve as exclusive leasing agent of Summit Corporate Center, a 43,120-sq.-ft. class A office building located at 180 River Road in Summit, N.J.
Jeffrey L. Heller, principal and managing director, and Peter C. Hedley, VP, both of Avison Young’s New Jersey office, will lead the assignment to market the two-story property.
The Silverman Group acquired the building in December 2011 and has since invested in extensive renovations to the property, including common area upgrades, new mechanical systems and enhanced landscaping.
Located in close proximity to Route 24, Interstate 78 and the Garden State Parkway, Summit Corporate Center offers flexible floor plates and covered parking.
