Sleepy’s Joins Hamilton Plaza Tenant Roster with 7,473 SF Lease

NEW JERSEY—Mattress retailer Sleepy’s has signed a lease at Hamilton Plaza in Hamilton Township, N.J., a 175,425-sq.-ft. shopping center that underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation less than a year ago. Levin Management serves as the property’s leasing and managing agent.

Sleepy’s leased 7,473 sq. ft. at the center. Richard Weiss of Feinblum Real Estate represented the tenant in the long-term transaction, while Michael Cohen, Levin’s VP of leasing, served as in-house representative for the property.

Other tenants at Hamilton Plaza include Dollar Tree, Hallmark, Fashion Bug, Vito’s Pizza and Hair Cuttery.

Having undergone a recent renovation, Hamilton Plaza received upgrades to common areas and the addition of two pad sites and a 10,000-sq.-ft. end cap.
