NEW JERSEY—HFF has closed the sale of Tenby Chase Apartments, a 327-unit apartment complex in Delran, N.J., to SDK Apartments for $37.5 million. HFF was tapped to market the property for sale on behalf of the seller, Pantzer Properties.
The HFF investment sales team representing the seller was led by senior managing directors Jose Cruz and Andrew Scandalios, managing directors Kevin O’Hearn and Jeffrey Julien and associate director Michael Oliver.
Located off Route 130, Tenby Chase Apartments is approximately 14 miles from Philadelphia and currently 98 percent leased. The property includes a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, including townhomes. Amenities available to tenant include a pool, playground and tennis court.
