Thek Family UC Realty Group Acquires Bergenfield Property

NEW JERSEYThek Family UC Realty Group has acquired 19 South Washington Ave. in Bergenfield, N.J. for $400,000. NAI James E. Hanson VP Anthony J. Cassano completed the sale on behalf of owner, NBSC Holdings of Oak Ridge, and the buyer.

Comprised of 3,619 sq. ft. of space, 19 South Washington Ave. is a former bank branch that was recently renovated and updated. The property offers 42 ft. of frontage and includes 12 parking space, as well as convenient access to Routes 4, 80, 46 and 17, and the Garden State Parkway.

“The buyer was attracted to the site due to its prime location on a main road in Bergen County with exceptional visibility and good parking,” Cassano said. “The plan is to establish an urgent care medical facility on the property.”
