TEANECK, NJ—Treetop, a Teaneck, N.J.-based developer, owner and manager of multifamily properties, has appointed Isaac Z. Ross as analyst.
In this role, Ross will be responsible for managing financial reporting functions and researchingopportunities in conjunction with Treetop’s aggressive acquisition of residential properties throughout the New York metropolitan area. The company is actively aiming to purchase 1,000 apartments in New York City and New Jersey in 2013.
Ross will create underwritings for properties, formulating full due diligence, summarizing features of investments made and facilitating financing on behalf of the company.
“Isaac’s familiarity in real estate investment and financing will serve him well as part of our team,” said Adam Mermelstein, principal of Treetop. “We have instituted a strategy designed to expand our portfolio of properties by purchasing existing residential communities and his insight and knowledge will prove immeasurable in identifying acquisition opportunities and growing our business.”
