TricorBraun Takes 83,200 SF to Consolidate Warehouse Operations

NEW JERSEY–TricorBraun Inc. has signed an 83,200-sq.-ft. lease at 111 Interstate Blvd. in South Brunswick, which allows the company to consolidate two warehouse operations.

Tom Semler and James Scancarella, principals of Cresa NJ, and Douglas Bock, vice president of Cresa’s St. Louis office, represented TricorBraun, while the landlord, Allianz Life Insurance Co. of America, was represented by Jason Goldman of Cushman & Wakefield.

Founded in 1902 and based in St. Louis, TricorBraun manufactures bottles, jars and other packaging for personal care, cosmetics, healthcare, and food and beverages, as well as industrial and household chemicals. The company has more than 40 locations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Asia.
