Twenty50 Tops Out at 12 Stories in Fort Lee

NEW JERSEYBNE Real Estate Group has completed the topping out of its new luxury rental building in Fort Lee, N.J., Twenty50.

Comprised of 194 rental residences, Twenty50 is a $70 million building project located at 2050 Central Road that stands 12 stories tall, which includes nine residential floors over three floors of parking. Leasing and occupancy for the building, which offers views of the George Washington Bridge, Hudson River and Manhattan skyline, are planned for this summer.

Designed in partnership by The Lessard Design Group and Minno & Wasko, Twenty50 will offer a collection of one- and two-bedroom residences totaling 714 to 1,287 sq. ft. of living space. Home amenities include hardwood flooring throughout, stone kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances and in-home washers/dryers.
