NEW JERSEY—Uncommon Carrier Inc., a company specializing in professional trucking, warehousing, logistics and intermodal services, signed a long-term lease at 700 Bartley Chester Road in Mount Olive. The company will use the site for warehouse and distribution purposes.
NAI Hanson Senior Vice President John J. Schilp and Vice President Barry J. Cohorsky represented the landlord, 700 Bartley Chester Road L.L.C. in the transaction.
The site is comprised of a total of 157,822 sq. ft.
