WEST CALDWELL—Value Companies Inc. is expected to break ground this spring on The Villas at West Caldwell, a collection of 30 age restricted homes.
Leasing is scheduled to begin in the Fall/Winter of 2013 for the initial phase of two-bedroom homes with oversized floorplans ranging from 1,200 to 1,500 sq. ft. Initial monthly rents are expected to begin in the mid-$2,000s.
The Villas at West Caldwell will accept active adults aged 55 and older. Apartments will be feature designer finishes and appointments. Homes will be situated in a two-story elevator building with covered parking. There will be an additional 65 surface parking spaces. On-site amenities at The Villas at West Caldwell will include a clubroom, fitness center and outdoor patio area.
