NEW JERSEY—WCGP LLC has acquired 10 Derhart Street in Morristown, N.J., a 5,000-sq.-ft. office building from The Hampshire Companies. Ray Ayers represented The Hampshire Companies in the transaction, while WCGP LLC was represented by Jim Schroeder of Jones Lang LaSalle.
Comprised of three stories, the office building was formerly a historical home that was relocated to its current site. The building includes a finished basement, a remodeled interior and easy access to Interstate 287 and Routes 202 and 24. The office building is within walking distance to Morristown’s downtown area.
“The property’s great location made this an attractive investment for the buyer,” said Ayers, an investment manager for The Hampshire Companies.
