West New York Medical Building Sold for $1.42M

NEW JERSEY—H.M.L. Realty Corporation sold 6701 Bergenline Avenue in West New York for a sales price of $1.42 million to an undisclosed investor. Jaime Weiss, president of Weiss Realty, represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction.

The one-story, 5,300-sq.-ft. medical office building is currently 100 percent leased to Concentra Health Services Inc. The building serves as an urgent care, primary care and occupational medicine facility including physical therapy and medical offices for Concentra, which has more than 300 centers in 40 states across the U.S.

Concentra Health Services Inc. offers services in five categories, including occupational health, physical therapy, health and wellness, urgent care and primary care. The company recently opened new locations in Denver, Colo., Jacksonville, Fla., Chicago, Ill., and Austin, Texas.
