605 Third Avenue Space Renewed for Long-Term Lease

NEW YORK—Law firm Davidoff, Malito & Hutcher LLP renewed its lease at 605 Third Avenue, located between 39th and 40th Streets in a lease deal spanning 17 years. The firm will continue to occupy 19,822 sq. ft. of space, taking up the entire 34th floor of the building where it has been located since 1990.

Owned by Fisher Brothers, 605 Third Avenue is a 44-story, Class A office building constructed in 1964. Located in Midtown Manhattan, the facility offers close proximity to several subway lines and Grand Central Terminal.

Fisher Brothers was represented internally by Jack Whalen. Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew Sachs, Ben Shapiro and Thomas Citron represented Davidoff Malito & Hutcher LLP in the 17-year lease agreement.

Davidoff, Malito & Hutcher LLP has offices in New York City, Albany, Washington D.C., and on Long Island. The firm handles matters for a number of industries and clients, including Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, real estate owners and developers and others.
