ABS Partners Completes $32M Sale of Redevelopment Space in Greenwich Village

NEW YORKABS Partners Real Estate completed the sale of an eight-story parking garage in Greenwich Village for $32 million, which totals 45,032 sq. ft. of space and is a redevelopment opportunity for its new ownership.

ABS Partners Executive Managing Director Alan S. Cohen, Co-Managing Partner Steven Hornstock, Director Adam Maxson and Associate Justin Strizzi worked to close the transaction.

Located between University Place and Fifth Avenue, the property was previously occupied by Hertz Rental Car. The property was constructed in 1930.
