NEW YORK—Adams & Co. Real Estate LLC, a full-service real estate firm specializing in property management, brokerage and consulting services, recently brokered six deals at 110 West 40th St. for a total of 5,513 sq. ft.

David Levy, principal, and Brett Maslin of Adams & Co. completed the following deals at 110 West 40th St.:

  • A 10-year, 1,627-sq.-ft. new lease for the Women’s City Club of New York, Inc. Adams & Co. represented the landlord, One Ten West Fortieth Associates, while Studley, Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction. Although details of the deal were not disclosed, asking rent was $46 per sq. ft. Women’s City Club of New York plans on using the space as general offices in connection with their organization. 
  • A six-year, 1,244-sq.-ft. new lease for Pippin Properties Inc. Adams & Co. represented the landlord, One Ten West Fortieth Associates, while CBRE, Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction. Although details of the deal were not disclosed, asking rent was $44 per sq. ft. Pippin Properties plans on using the space as general offices in connection with their business.
  • A five-year, 1,053-sq.-ft. new lease for Kazarian/Spencer/Ruskin Associates Inc. Adams & Co. represented the landlord, One Ten West Fortieth Associates, while Home Work People II LLC represented the tenant in the transaction. Although details of the deal were not disclosed, asking rent was $44 per sq. ft. Kazarian/Spencer/Ruskin plans on using the space as general offices in connection with their business.
  • A four-year, 648-sq.-ft. new lease for GBS Group, Inc. Adams & Co. represented the landlord, One Ten West Fortieth Associates, and tenant in the transaction. Although details of the deal were not disclosed, asking rent was $46 per sq. ft. GBS Group plans on using the space as general offices in connection with their business.
  • A 543-sq.-ft. new lease for Quick Response Service Inc. Adams & Co. represented the landlord, One Ten West Fortieth Associates, and tenant in the transaction. Although details of the deal were not disclosed, asking rent was $42 per sq. ft. Quick Response Service plans on using the space as general offices in connection with their business.
  • A 398-sq.-ft. new lease for Barry Cohn LLC.  Adams & Co. represented the landlord, One Ten West Fortieth Associates, while CBRE, Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction. Although details of the deal were not disclosed, asking rent was $44 per sq. ft. Barry Cohn plans on using the space as general offices in connection with their business.

110 West 40th Street is a 26-story, 129,808-sq.-ft. property located near Bryant Park that boasts 24-hour access. Recent renovations include new elevators and a new lobby. Notable tenants include Belmont Freeman Arch., Nu Image and Crumbs Bakeshop. Retail tenants include Croton Reservoir Tavern and Crisp Restaurant.
