America Works Takes Space at Queens Tower

NEW YORK—America Works of New York Inc., an employment services agency, has signed a 10-year, 9,386-sq.-ft. lease at Muss Development LLC’s Queens Tower located at 88-11 165th Street in the Jamaica neighborhood of Queens.

Stan Markowitz and Nick Forelli, both of Muss Development, represented the landlord in-house in the transaction, while Joe McLaughlin of Capstone Realty Advisors, represented the tenant.

Totaling 170,000 sq. ft. of space, 88-11 165th Street spans 10 stories of class A office space. Other tenants at the building include Con Edison, NYC HRA, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and more.

America Works is a private organization, with the assistance of government funding, helps transition workers to the private sector throughout the United States.
