NEW YORK—Pharmaceutical marketing and medical advertising firm BGB Communications has relocated and expanded its headquarters space to occupy 25,000 sq. ft. at 462 Broadway.
Nicholas Farmakis of Studley represented BGB in the transaction, while Mark S. Stein, SVP and Jason Vacker, VP of Meringoff Properties acted on behalf of the landlord.
Located in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood, 462 Broadway spans a total of 165,000 sq. ft. and is situated on Broadway at the corner of Grand Street. The property’s ownership, Meringoff Properties, is currently upgrading the building to include two new lobbies, elevators, new windows and façade enhancement.
Other tenants at the property include International Culinary Center and Lee Harris Pomeroy Architects.
