NEW YORK CITY—CBRE has arranged a build-to-suit lease of 6,394 sq. ft. for online gaming company Wild Tangent, Inc. on the 12th floor, and a build-to-suit lease of 8,736 sq. ft. for online hotelier service provider Travelclick on the 26th floor at 1411 Broadway.
CBRE’S Robert Alexander, Robert Stillman, Bernard Weitzman, Zachary Freeman and Brian Hay represented the landlord in both transactions.
The remaining availabilities at 1411 Broadway include the entire 30th, 31st, 32nd, 34th, 35th, 38th and 39th floors, all measuring 25,261 sq. ft. as well as the partial 29th floor, measuring 15,363 sq. ft. and the partial 10th floor, measuring 7,735 sq. ft.
