NEW YORK—CBRE has been named exclusive leasing agent and property manager of 650 Fifth Ave., a 36-story, 382,500-sq.-ft. Class A office building by property owner 650 Fifth Avenue Company.
CBRE Vice Chairman Robert Stillman, Senior Vice Presidents Paul Haskin and Zachary Freeman and Senior Financial Analyst Molly Concannon are spearheading leasing efforts at 650 Fifth Avenue. Kathleen Murphy, director of management services, will continue in her role of property manager.
Having recently undergone an $11 million, all-cash capital improvement program, which included a new lobby, elevators and restrooms, the property is situated in Manhattan’s Plaza District on the northern edge of Rockefeller Center.
Tenants at the property include Citigroup, Joseph Abboud, Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Liz Claiborne, among others. Retail tenants at the property include Juicy Couture and Godiva.
The building was built in 1979 and was originally designed by John Carl Warnecke & Associates.
