NEW YORK—Charter Communications, a U.S. cable operator, has signed a 75,000-sq.-ft.at The Landis Group’s 400 Atlantic Street property in Stamford, Conn. At the location, the cable company will occupy space on two floors of the 15-story, 500,000-sq.-ft. Class A office tower.
Located across from the Stamford train station, 400 Atlantic Street was originally designed and built to house Champion Paper’s world headquarters. Today, theis home to a number of corporations, including UBS, American Express and Harman Kardon, among others.
The property has earned the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Energy Star designation. Amenities at the building include a connected garage, fitness center and full-cafeteria.
In addition, the property is located in close proximity to public transportation as well as Interstate 95.
