Christian Louboutin Opens First U.S. Men’s Boutique in Meatpacking District

NEW YORK—Parisian shoe designer Christian Louboutin has opened its first U.S. men’s boutique taking 1,035 sq. ft. at 808 Washington Street in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District.

RKF Executive Vice President Karen Bellantoni and Director Pamela Haber secured the long-term, ground-floor lease at the TF Cornerstone Inc.-owned building, located between Gansevoort and Horatio streets. Other retail tenants at the property include Intermix, Hanro and Vanita Rosa, among others.

The men’s boutique is located in close proximity to the company’s women’s boutique counterpart at 59 Horatio.

The Christian Louboutin brand features women’s shoes and handbags and has recently expanded into men’s shoes. The brand is sold internationally and currently has eight U.S. boutiques located in New York, California, Texas, Florida and Las Vegas.
