Cohen Commercial Properties Acquires Bronx Property for $11.4M

NEW YORK—Cohen Commercial Properties (CCP) has acquired 1800 Williamsbridge Road, a 12,212-sq.-ft., two-tenant net-leased retail property in the Bronx for approximately $11.4 million.

Sam Catton, senior director of acquisitions at CCP, along with Paul Trupia, director of acquisitions, represented CCP in the acquisition, while Ken Zakin and Randall Liberman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the seller, Rock City MC LLC in the deal.

Located in the Morris Park submarket of the Bronx, 1800 Williamsbridge Road is situated on the northwest corner of Williamsbridge Road and Morris Park Avenue. Currently 100 percent occupied by a 4,669-sq.-ft. Citibank and a 7,543-sq.-ft. Walgreens, the property is located in close proximity to the Bronx Municipal Hospital Center.
