CoKinetic Systems Corp. Relocates to 500 Mamaroneck Avenue

HARRISON—CoKinetic Systems Corp., a provider of in-flight entertainment software, will relocate its headquarters to 500 Mamaroneck Avenue in Harrison, according to Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, the building’s marketing and managing agent.

The tenant will take occupancy of a 4,668-sq.-ft. space on the fifth floor in March 2012, moving from 44 South Broadway in nearby White Plains.

In addition to its Harrison headquarters, CoKinetic has offices in Lake Forest, Calif.; Bangalore, India; and is set to open an office in Hangzhou, China this year. The company's patented technology, which creates apps for multiple platforms, powers the majority of in-flight entertainment systems of some of the world’s leading airlines.

Newman, together with senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino and leasing associate Tara L. Long, represented the landlord in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Howard Greenberg and Jon Marwell of Howard Properties, Ltd.

500 Mamaroneck Avenue is a five-story, 285,000-sq.-ft., multi-tenanted office building less than 30 minutes from New York City by car or train. The building, comprising dual “center core” pods, subdivides well for multiple users within each pod, with unit size availability from 1,100 sq. ft.
