NEW YORK—Concept One Accessories has signed a seven-year, 7,900-sq.-ft. new sublease at 32 West 39th Street in Manhattan.
Brett Maslin of Adams & Co. Real Estate LLC represented the sub-tenant in the transaction, while Susan Kahaner of CBRE represented the sub-landlord, CARE Inc. Michael Berger of Colliers International represented the building owner, 32 W. 39th Midtown Properties LLC.
Details of the transaction were not disclosed, but asking rents for the space were $34 per sq. ft. Concept One Accessories, which was established in 1999, will use its space for general and executive offices.
