Cubic Transportation Systems Secures East Coast Regional Office at 462 Seventh Ave.

NEW YORK—Cubic Transportation Systems has signed a seven-year, 9,750-sq.-ft. lease at 462 Seventh Ave. Steven J. Kaufman and Barbara A. Raskob of the Kaufman Organization represented the landlord, S.I.K. Associates LLC, while Jared Freede and Jeffrey Kilimnick of CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction.

Cubic Transportation Systems integrates payment and information technology and services for travel solutions. The company has delivered more than 400 projects in 40 major markets on five continents. The company will use its space at 462 Seventh Ave. as its East Coast U.S. regional office.

Constructed in 1925, 462 Seventh Ave. is a 23-story property in Manhattan’s Garment District. Totaling 185,000 sq. ft. of space, the property offers 24/7 access and includes such tenants as Infinity Consulting Solutions, Real Networks and Allied Aviation Services, among others.
