Cullen and Dykman Re-Commits to 44 Wall Street

NEW YORK—Cullen and Dykman, a general practice law firm, has signed an extension and expansion lease that will keep the firm at its 44 Wall Street address for another 10 years.

ABS Partners Senior Managing Director Keith Lipstein completed the deal along with Senior Managing Director Jay Kreisberg and Associate Christina Dermond. Cushman & Wakefield’s Vice Chairmen Edward Weiss and Joshua Kuriloff, and Executive Directors Frank Cento and Edward Donnery represented the tenant.

Currently, Cullen and Dykman occupy the 17th and 19th floors of 44 Wall Street. With this lease transaction, the firm will take additional space on part of the 14th floor and the entire 15th floor. The firm is consolidating its space from a Brooklyn office space.

The 24-story, 334,000-sq.-ft. office building is located at the northwest corner of William Street. It qualifies for available Lower Manhattan Plan incentives and is easily accessible to all transportation sources, including the 2, 3, 4, 5, C, E, J, R and Z subway lines and the ferries.
