DelShah Acquires Mortgage on 55-57 Gansevoort St.

NEW YORKDelShah Capital LLC has purchased the senior liens on 55-57 Gansevoort Street, a five-story, 26,000-sq.-ft. building located in the Meatpacking District from Capital One. The amount owed on the liens is approximately $30M.

The building has 10,363 sq. ft. of commercial space and 10,329 sq. ft. of retail space. It is presently home to restaurants Villa Pacri LLC and La Gazetta, as well as the nightclub Gun Bar. The three floors of commercial office space are currently vacant. DelShah has also submitted plans to the Landmarks Preservation Commission for approval of an outdoor rooftop space.

55-57 Gansevoort is adjacent to the new Whitney Museum, designed by Renzo Piano and is steps away from the Highline, New York City’s newest, elevated public park.
