Dentsu Expands to Occupy 183,000SF on Avenue of the Americas

NEW YORK—Dentsu Network signed a lease to occupy an additional 33,000 sq. ft. of office space at 32 Avenue of the Americas comprising the entire 25th and a portion of the 24th floor. This 33,000-sq.-ft. addition brings Dentsu to a total of 183,000 sq. ft. at the Tribeca-based building. The company plans to move into its expanded space this fall.

Robert Steinman, vice president of Rudin Management Company, represented the landlord in the 10-year expansion lease. Alex Chudnoff and Scott Vinett of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.

32 Avenue of the Americas is a 1.2 million-sq.-ft. building that includes access to primary and emergency power sources, redundant HVAC systems, fuel storage capacity, access to over 50 networks and floor loads designed to support the needs of today's media and communications companies.

Owned by the Rudin Family, 32 Avenue of the Americas is managed by Rudin Management Company, which serves as leasing and managing agent. Asking rent at 32 Avenue of the Americas is $50 per sq. ft.

Dentsu Network has 82 offices in 29 countries. Dentsu Network's New York headquarters is the global operating arm of Tokyo-based Dentsu Inc., the world’s largest single agency brand and the fifth largest agency holding company in the world.
