NEW YORK—Women’s retailer DKNY has renewed its long-term, 17,776-sq.-ft. lease at its flagship 655 Madison Ave. store. The renewal came before the company’s current lease expired and secures DKNY’s space through 2024.

Located at the southwest corner of 60th Street, 655 Madison Avenue comprises 25 stories and is in close proximity to subway and bus lines and is adjacent to Central Park. The building recently underwent renovations that included the addition of a granite and glass façade, new lobby space, elevator cabs and mechanical systems. Other retail tenants in the building include Orianne Collins Jewelry and Anya-Hindmarch of London; office tenants include Este Lauder and Lowes Corporation as well as financial services firms.
