Eastern Union Funding Arranges $30M in Financing in Brooklyn

NEW YORKEastern Union Funding recently arranged approximately $30.0 million in financing for commercial real estate properties throughout Brooklyn, N.Y.

Some of these transactions include:

• $8.4 million to refinance a Bank of America branch on 13th Avenue in the Boro Park section of Brooklyn, on a 10-year term. Investors Bank was the lender. Eastern Union’s David Metzger arranged the transaction.

• $4.5 million to refinance a 15-unit multifamily property on Myrtle Avenue in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, on a nine-year term. Investors Bank was the lender. Eastern Union’s David Eisen arranged the transaction.

• $2.9 million to refinance a 21,500-sq.-ft. retail property on Berry Street in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn on a five-year term. TD Bank was the lender. Eastern Union’s Moti Blau arranged the transaction.
