NEW YORK CITY—Egon Zehnder International, an executive search firm, has leased the entire 10th floor comprising 14,101 sq. ft. at Jack Resnick & Sons’ 25-story office tower at 485 Madison Avenue.

The company, which will retain its present offices at 350 Park Avenue, expects to move into its new Madison Avenue office in June.

Alan G. Schwartz, president, and Neil B. Schwartz, vice president of Glen Equities Ltd. represented the executive search firm while Dennis P. Brady, executive managing director, and Fran Delgorio, managing director of Jack Resnick & Sons, represented the building’s ownership.

Jack Resnick & Sons is currently carrying out a major capital improvement program at 485 Madison, which includes the installation of new energy efficient windows, the upgrading and modernization of its elevators and the installation of new energy efficient chillers for its central air conditioning system.

Founded in 1964 when it opened its first office in Zurich, Egon Zehnder is a privately owned company with its 410 consultants organized around a single-profit center partnership, designed to eliminate competitive barriers between its offices.
