Fashion Brand Tory Burch Takes 80,000SF at 350 Hudson Street

NEW YORK—Tory Burch, a global fashion and lifestyle brand, has signed a 10-year, 80,000-sq.-ft. lease at 350 Hudson Street in Hudson Square. The company will occupy the entire 5th and 6th floors at 350 Hudson Street.

Trinity Wall Street owns the property and was represented by Marc Packman, director of leasing, and Charles Laginestra, while Tory Burch was represented by Don Preate, executive director, and Jamie Katcher, director, both of Cushman & Wakefield.

Originally completed in 1927, 350 Hudson Street occupies the block front between King and Charlton Streets and offers access to public transportation, 24/7 tenant access and onsite management.

Comprised of nine stories totaling 335,772 sq. ft., the building serves as New York City headquarters for HAVAS and houses a signature café and retail shop from chocolatier Jacques Torres, Hale & Hearty Soups and Pert a Manger. Other tenants at the 350 Hudson Street address include Viacom, Horizon Media, Omnicom, WNYC New York Public Radio, CBS Radio East and New York Magazine, among others.

Launched in New York City in 2004, Tory Burch is known for sportswear, handbags, jewelry and accessories. Since launching the brand has grown rapidly and is available in retail locations and in select department stores worldwide.
