Focus Financial Partners Takes Nearly 12,000SF on Third Avenue

NEW YORK—Focus Financial Partners LLC has signed an 11,923-sq.-ft. lease at 825 Third Ave. where it will occupy a full floor in the 40-story office tower. The firm, an international partnership of independent fiduciary wealth management firms, is relocating from its current 7,400 sq. ft. of space at 909 Third Ave.

Avison Young’s Greg Kraut, principal and managing director, Dana Trulis, VP, and Paul Massey, associate, represented Focus in the transaction.

Owned by The Durst Organization, 825 Third Ave. contains 486,326 sq. ft. of office space at East 50th Street. The property has a modern lobby, high-speed elevators, on-site banking and a restaurant. The building is in close proximity to the United Nations, public transportation and Grand Central Terminal.
