The Fresh Market Takes 20,000SF in Woodbury Common Center

NEW YORK—The Fresh Market has signed a long-term, 20,000-sq.-ft. lease to occupy space at Woodbury Common shopping center in Woodbury, N.Y. CBRE’s Gregg Carlin arranged the transaction. The Woodbury Common location will be the food store’s fourth location in the New York metro region.

Located at 8285 Jericho Turnpike and Woodbury Road, Woodbury Common was developed and is owned by KABRO Associates and features European-style architecture, covered walkways and year-round landscaping.

Founded in 1982, The Fresh Market is a specialty grocery retailer that currently operates 130 stores in 25 states.
