Fusion Learning Takes 8,270 SF on Park Avenue

NEW YORKFusion Learning Inc., a tutoring facility, has leased 8,270 sq. ft. of space at 450-460 Park Ave. South, a 12-story, 180,000-sq.-ft. office property situated between East 30th and 31st streets in Manhattan.

The Moinian Group’s Jovani Rampersad, commercial leasing director, negotiated the lease on behalf of the owner, while Deb van der Hayden and Noah Savage of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.

A subsidiary of American Education Group, Fusion Academy and Learning Center provides one-on-one tutoring for students in grades six through 12. The organization’s location on Park Avenue is its first in Manhattan.

Located in Midtown South, 450-460 Park Avenue South provides access to Grand Central Terminal and Penn Station. Other tenants at the property include Office Links, Merchant Cash and Capital and Mimeo.com, among others.
